| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice začleňování duševně nemocných zpět do společnosti po ukončení psychiatrické hospitalizace. Implementace programu ucelené psychiatrické rehabilitace již za hospitalizace duševně nemocného by měla výrazně usnadnit toto začlenění. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky o duševním zdraví, reformě psychiatrické péče, ucelené psychiatrické rehabilitaci a o programu ucelené rehabilitace v Psychiatrické nemocnici v Dobřanech. V praktické části realizované formou výzkumného charakteru jsou analyzovány výsledky výzkumného šetření, jehož cílem bylo porovnat úroveň adaptace a schopnost začlenění pacienta do běžného života před nástupem do programu a po jeho dokončení, zhodnotit kvalitu programu oddělení s ucelenou psychiatrickou rehabilitací a zjistit případné nedostatky v práci či přístupu jednotlivých pracovníků, kteří se podílí na péči o tyto pacienty. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of integrating the mentally ill back to the company after the completion of a psychiatric hospitalization. Implementation program the comprehensive psychiatric rehabilitation already for the hospitalization of the mentally ill should greatly facilitate this integration. The work is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part of the summarised knowledge about mental health, the reform of psychiatric care, comprehensive psychiatric rehabilitation program comprehensive rehabilitation in a Psychiatric hospital in Dobřany. In the practical part, which is implemented in the form of a research are analyzed the results of the research investigation, whose aim was to compare the level of adaptation and the ability to integrate the patient into normal life before the onset of the program and after its completion, evaluate the quality of the program department with a comprehensive psychiatric rehabilitation and identify any deficiencies in the work or approach of the various workers who are involved in the care of these patients. |
