| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá procesní inovací ve společnosti STIRPack s. r. o. První čtyři kapitoly práce se věnují problematice inovací z teoretického hlediska. Je zde vysvětlena konkurenceschopnost v souvislosti s inovacemi, typy inovací a význam inovací v podnikání. V dalších třech kapitolách následuje praktická část. Je zde představena společnost STIRPack s. r. o. a její historický vývoj. Dále jsou přiblíženy inovační aktivity společnosti, které představují zavedení nového ERP systému Prodirect a pořízení slotru ROWLAND 2800. Tento stroj byl pořízen, aby zefektivnil proces výroby a ušetřil čas a náklady na výrobu. V závěru práce je vyčíslena celková úspora v podobě doby návratnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the process innovation in the company STIRPack s. r. o. The first four chapters deal with the issue of innovation from the theoretical aspect. There are defined competitiveness in the context of innovation, types of innovations and meaning of innovations in entrepreneurship. The following next three chapters are devoted to a practical part. There is introduced the company STIRPack s. r. o. and the historical development. There are also discussed innovative activities of company, which represent implementation of new ERP system Prodirect and purchase of sloter ROWLAND 2800. This machine was bought to make the production process more effective and to save time and production costs. The total saving in term of the payback period is quantified at the end of the thesis. |
