| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu brandingu a marketingové komunikace neziskové organizace Zoologická zahrada hl. m. Prahy. V prvních třech kapitolách práce jsou zpracovány teoretické podklady týkající se neziskového sektoru, marketingu a marketingového mixu se zaměřením na marketingovou komunikaci, a rovněž brandingu. Dále je stručně představena společnost Zoo Praha, jsou popsány jednotlivé části jejího marketingového a komunikačního mixu. Rozebrána je rovněž značka pražské zoologické zahrady. Následuje vyhodnocení provedeného dotazníkového šetření, které se zaměřovalo na brandingové a marketingové aktivity společnosti. V závěru práce jsou uvedena doporučení pro zlepšení brandingu a marketingové komunikace organizace. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of branding and marketing communication of non-profit organization The Prague zoological garden. In the first part of this thesis the theoretical data about non-profit sector, marketing and marketing mix with focus on marketing communication, and branding are introduced. Next there is a short introduction of The Prague zoological garden company and a description of its marketing mix and communication mix. The brand of Zoo Prague is also described. Then follows an appraisal of a survey that focused on branding and marketing activities of this company. At the end of this thesis are listed some recommendations for improvements of branding and marketing communication of the company. |
