dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá genderovými rozdíly, které u svých klientů vnímají kurátoři pro děti mládež. Snaží se odhalit specifické projevy genderu, které kurátoři u svých klientů pozorují. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část se věnuje teoretickému vymezení základních pojmů, se kterými je v textu pracováno, je vymezen výraz kurátor pro děti a mládež, a zachyceny všechny náležitosti spojené s tou to pozicí, dále je vymezen výraz gender. V rámci druhé, metodologické části je popsán kvalitativní výzkum, který je chápán jak východisko výzkumného šetření. Poslední empirická část je zaměřena na prezentaci a interpretaci zjištěných dat. Z výzkumného šetření vyplynulo, že pokud se kurátoři opakovaně setkávají s jistými projevy chování u svých klientů, nahlížejí skrze ně na ostatní příchozí klienty. Přičemž toto opakující se chování nemusí vždy souviset se společností ustanovenými genderovými stereotypy.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on gender diffrences perceive officer in charge of children and youth at risk in their clients. This work try to discover the specific manifestations of gender, which the officer in charge of children and youth at risk observe of their clients. The work is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the theoretical definition of basic concepts with which the text is working, the term officer in charge of children and youth at risk is defined, recognized all the elements associated with this position, also is defined term gender. The second methodological part describes the qualitative research, which is seen as the basis of the research. Last empirical part focuses on the presentation and interpretation of data. From the research showed that if the officer in charge of children and youth at risk repeatedly faced with certain behaviors in their clients perceptions through them to other incoming clients. This repeating behavior may not always be associated with social defining gender stereotypes.en
