| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na konstrukční návrh nastavování formy ve vulkanizačním lisu. Cílem této práce je optimalizovat tento mechanizmus, zmenšit potřebný zástavbový prostor a dále také zredukovat jeho nevýhody. Práce se také zabývá přizpůsobením zástavbového prostoru tomuto mechanizmu. Bakalářská práce postupuje od koncepčních návrhů přes analytické a MKP výpočty, výpočty v programu MITCalc, až po detailní konstrukci a výkresovou dokumentaci. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the mechanism for an adjustment of a mold of the curing press. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to improve this mechanism and remove its defects and disadvantages. Bachelor thesis progresses from the conceptual design alternatives over analytical calculations, FEM calculations, MITCalc calculations to create a detailed design in the CAD system ProEngineer. The annex of the bachelor thesis consists of technical drawings and MITcalc calculations. |
