dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem centra agroturistiky či volnočasových aktivit. Práce je rozdělena do dvou oddílů, část teoretická a praktická. V části teoretické jsou popsány termíny související s daným tématem. Jsou definovány pojmy venkovská turistika, agroturistika a ekoturistika. Dále je popsán současný stav agroturistiky u nás a ve světě. Jsou zde také zmíněny organizace podporující venkovskou turistiku a agroturistiku v České republice. Část praktická se zabývá samotným navrhovaným centrem volnočasových aktivit. Je zde také charakterizovaná obec Němčovice, její okolí a jezdecká stáj Straka ? Němčovice, jejíž součástí navrhované centrum bude. Na celkovou analýzu navrhovaného projektu byla použita SWOT analýza. A pomocí marketingového mixu byly popsány služby, které budou nabízeny.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor´s thesis describes the concept of agri-tourism center or leisure activities. The work is divided into two sections, theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the terms related to given topic. Rural tourism, agrotourism and ecotourism are defined as terms. Next is descibed state of agri-tourism in our country and in the world. Here are also mentioned organizations that supports rural tourism and agro-tourism in the Czech Republic. The practical part deals with the actual proposed leisure center. There is also characterized Němčovice village, its surroundings and a riding stable Straka - Němčovice, in its part the proposed center will be. For overall analysis of the proposed project SWOT analysis has been used. And with the marketing mix have been described services that may be offered.en
