| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá problematikou finančního leasingu z pohledu českých právních předpisů a mezinárodních účetních standardů IAS 17, IFRS 16 a IFRS for SME. Nejprve je pozornost zaměřena na význam a funkce finančního leasingu. Dále je provedena deskripce účtování a vykazování dle jednotlivých modelů. Jsou komparovány základní aspekty a identifikovány rozdíly. V praktické části práce jsou analyzovány odlišnosti v uvedených řešeních. Následně je zhodnocen vliv těchto rozdílů na finanční situaci a výkonnost podniků. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat a kvantifikovat rozdíly mezi jednotlivými řešeními. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with issues of financial leasing in terms of Czech legislation and international accounting standards IAS 17, IFRS 16 and IFRS for SMEs. At first, attention is focused on the importance and function of finance leases. Additionally, a description of accounting and reporting by individual models is made. Basic aspects are compared and differences identified. The practical part of the thesis analyzes the differences in the mentioned solutions. Subsequently, the impact of these differences on the financial situation and the performance of enterprises is assessed. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and quantify the differences between individual solutions. |
