| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřená na hodnocení výkonnosti podniků vybraného odvětví v období 2014 až 2016. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou nejdříve objasněny pojmy jako výkonnost, měření a řízení výkonnosti. Dále jsou popsány vybrané tradiční a moderní ukazatele finanční výkonnosti. V praktické části je charakterizováno vybrané odvětví. Poté jsou vypočteny ukazatele finanční analýzy a ekonomická přidaná hodnota pro vybrané odvětví. V poslední kapitole je provedeno závěrečné zhodnocení a jsou formulovány závěry práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the performance of the enterprise of the selected sector for the period 2014-2016. Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, first the concepts of performance, measurement and performance management are identified. Subsequently, traditional and modern performance measures are described. In the practical part, selected sector is characterized. Then the financial analysis and Economic Value Added for selected sectors are calculated. In the last chapter, a final evaluation is made and the conclusions of thesis are formulated. |
