| Abstract: | První kapitola popisuje kineziologii a anatomii nohy. Druhá kapitola se zabývá stručnou biomechanikou a podstatou nohy. Třetí kapitola je věnována amputacím nohy. Jsou v ní obsažené její definice, historie, příčiny, komplikace, základní techniky, jednotlivé úrovně a pooperační péče. Čtvrtá kapitola znázorňuje protetická řešení. Podkapitoly jsou rozděleny podle úrovní amputací a jejich možnosti a úskalí protézování. |
| Abstract in different language: | The first chapter describes kinesiology and foot anatomy. The second chapter deals with the brief biomechanics and the nature of the foot. The third chapter is dedicated to foot amputations. It contains its definitions, history, causes, complications, basic techniques, individual levels and postoperative care. The fourth chapter describes prosthetic solutions. The subchapters are divided by amputation levels and their prosthetic possibilities and problems. |
