| Abstract: | Tématem této práce je škola chůze s protézou dolní končetiny. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, přičemž v teoretické části je popisována problematika a vývoj amputací, předprotetická péče u pacienta po amputaci a kineziologický rozbor chůze zdravého člověka a chůze pacienta s protézou. Praktickou část tvoří 1 kazuistika, ze které vychází manuál, podle kterého lze postupovat při práci s pacientem. Jsou zde stanoveny hypotézy, popsaná metodika práce a vyhodnocené výsledky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this Bachelor's Thesis is the gait training with the lower limb prosthesis. The Thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, I describe the problematics and the development of amputations, pre-prosthetic care of a patient who had undergone the amputation, and the kinesiological analysis of walk of a healthy person and a person with the prosthesis. The practical part is formed by one casuistry which gave the basis to the manual describing the work with a patient. This part includes the hypotheses, the methodology of the work with a patient, and the evaluation of the results. |
