| Abstract: | Práce popisuje vliv vytrvalostního tréninku na pacienty s roztroušenou sklerózou ve stádiu remise. Jsou zde popsány obecné mechanismy vytrvalostního tréninku a jejich využití za účelem zvýšení kondice. V práci je obsažená teoretická část, ve které jsou popsány základy neurofyziologie, charakteristika nemoci, možnosti rehabilitace a obecné principy vytrvalostního tréninku. Praktická část je vypracována na základě proběhlého výzkumu, který posuzoval reakce na trénink mezi pacienty s roztroušenou sklerózou a kontrolní skupinou zdravých jedinců. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis is concerned with an influence of endurance training in patients with multiple sclerosis in remission stage. We described general mechanisms of endurance training and its use in order to increase fitness. The thesis contains the theoretical part, covers basics of neurophysiology, characteristics of the disease, possibilities of rehabilitation and the general principles of endurance training. The practical part is based on the research carried out, which assessed the differences response to training between patients with multiple sclerosis and a control group of healthy individuals. |
