| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi klinických vyšetření a diagnostikou v syndromu karpálního tunelu. Teoretická část je věnována kineziologii ruky, popisu neuronu, vzniku nervus medianus a jeho průběh, karpálnímu tunelu, charakteristice syndromu karpálnímu tunelu a hlavně diagnostickým metodám. Na začátku praktické části jsou stanoveny cíl a hypotézy a charakteristika sledovaného souboru. Hlavní část je však věnována dvěma kazuistickým studiím u pacientek se syndromem karpálního tunelu. Výsledky jsou zhodnoceny v tabulkách a budou diskutovány v závěru. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor thesis deals with possibilities of examination and diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome. The theoretical part is devoted to kinesiology of the hand, description of the neuron, the origin of nervus medianus and its course, carpal tunnel, characteristics of the methods. At the beginning of the practical part of the hypothesis, objectives and characteristics of the reference population are specified. However, the main part is focused on two case studies of female patiens with carpal tunnel syndrome. The result are evaluated in tables and will be discussed in the conclusion. |
