Abstract: Bakalářská práce na téma "Postavení nukleární medicíny při detekci sentinelové uzliny u karcinomu prsu" se zabývá možnostmi zobrazení sentinelové uzliny, která vyjadřuje stupeň zasažení uzlin metastázou. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí praktickou a teoretickou část. Teoretická část je věnována anatomii lymfatického systému a prsní žlázy, karcinomům prsu jejich diagnostice a léčbě. Déle se věnujeme možnostem detekce sentinelové uzliny. Praktická část obsahuje cíle a hypotézy kvalifikační práce a deset kazuistik.
Abstract in different language: Bachelor thesis on topic "Position of the nuclear medicine in detection of the sentinel lymph node in breast tumours" deals with possibilities of imaging the sentinel node that expresses the degree of nodal metastasis. The thesis is devided into two parts theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the anatomy of the lymphatic system and mammary gland, the breast cancer of their diagnosis and treatment. Further we describe the options of the dection the sentinel node. The practical part contains objectives and hypotheses of the qualification work and ten case studies.
