| Abstract: | V mé diplomové práci jsem si jako cíl stanovila pokusit se podnikatelskou i nepodnikatelskou veřejnost seznámit se základními povinnostmi vyplývající podnikatelům ze živnostenského zákona a ostatních právních předpisů, s možnými postupy živnostenských úřadů při řešení porušení zákona a rovněž i s výší případných pokut, které lze za porušení zákona uložit. Současně jsem se snažila rozhodovací praxi živnostenských úřadů doplnit vhodnými případy z vlastní praxe při řešení správních deliktů a přestupků na úseku živnostenského podnikání. |
| Abstract in different language: | In my diploma thesis, I set as objective to try to get the business and non-business public to know the basic obligations of entrepreneurs from the Trade Licensing Act and other legal regulations, the possible procedures of the Trade Licensing Offices in solving the violation of the Act, as well as the amount of any fines that can be violated impose. At the same time, I tried to supplement the decision-making practice of the Trade Licensing Offices with appropriate cases from my own practice in dealing with administrative offenses and misdemeanors in the area of business entrepreneurship |
