| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce pojednává o manželství v římském právu. Uzavírání manželství většinou předcházely zásnuby. Aby mohlo k uzavření manželství dojít, nesměly existovat překážky manželství. Římské právo znalo dva druhy řádného manželství (manželství přísné a manželsví volné). V římské společnosti běžně docházelo ke zřizování věna. Manželství zanikalo smrtí nebo projevem vůle manželů. Práce zmiňuje také další formy soužití - concubinatus a contubernium. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with marriage in Roman law. The marriage was preceded by an engagement. In order to enter into a marriage there should not be any obstacles to marriage. Roman law recognised two kinds of due marriage (the strict marriage and the free marriage). In the Roman society it was usual to establish a dowry. The marriage ceased by death or by a willful act of the spouses. The thesis discusses about other forms of cohabitation too - concubinatus and contubernium. |
