| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je sledovat historickou proměnu metodologie patologicko-anatomického oboru v jeho výzkumné, vzdělávací a praktické rovině. Práce je zaměřena na vznik, vývoj a současný stav patologicko-anatomické medicíny. První část práce se zabývá prehistorií anatomické patologie včetně jejích renesančních a raně novověkých předpokladů, tedy makromorfologickému období patologické anatomie. Dále se práce věnuje studiu formování a proměny patologické anatomie jako experimentální vědy s využíváním mikroskopických metod v 19. století, a ve 20. století na studii jak mikroskopických metod, tak nově se formujících metod molekulárně biologických. Závěrečná část diplomové práce představuje patologicko-anatomickou medicínu současnosti, kdy se dominantou oboru stává molekulárně biologický přístup sloužící k vyhodnocování onemocnění lidského organismu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to observe the historical change of the methodology of the pathological-anatomical field in its research, educational and practical level. The work is focused on the origin, development and current state of pathological-anatomical medicine. The first part of the thesis deals with prehistory of anatomical pathology including its renaissance and early modern assumptions, thus the macromorphological period of pathological anatomy. Furthermore, the thesis is devoted to the study of the formation and transformation of pathological anatomy as an experimental science using microscopic methods in the 19th century and in the 20th century for the study of microscopic methods as well as newly formed molecular biological methods. The final part of the diploma thesis presents the pathological-anatomical medicine of the present, when the dominant of the branch becomes the molecular biological approach for evaluation of diseases of the human organism. |
