dc.description.abstract	Tématem předložené diplomové práce je plánování a finanční prognózování. První kapitola je věnována definování pojmů plánování a prognózování. Následující kapitola je zaměřená na strategickou analýzu, která předchází tvorbě finančního plánu. Poslední teoretická kapitola obsahuje popis metod a kritérií finančního plánování a prognózování a také finanční analýzy. První kapitola empirické části shrnuje základní informace o vybrané společnosti a průběh procesu plánování a prognózování ve vybraném podniku. Následuje kapitola věnující se analýze externího a interního prostředí zvolené společnosti. Významnou částí této diplomové práce je sestavení finančního plánu na tříleté období, a to včetně jeho následné analýzy. Poslední částí této práce je zhodnocení systému plánování a prognózování ve vybraném podniku a stanovení návrhů vedoucí k jeho zlepšení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theme of this thesis is planning and financial forecasting. The first chapter is devoted to defining the terms of planning and forecasting. The following chapter focuses on the strategic analysis that precedes the creation of the financial plan. The last theoretical chapter describes the methods and criteria of financial planning and forecasting as well as financial analysis. The first chapter of the empirical part summarizes the basic information about the chosen company and the process of planning and forecasting in the selected company. The following chapter deals with the analysis of the external and internal environment of the selected company. An important part of this diploma thesis is the preparation of a financial plan for a three-year period, including its subsequent analysis. The last part of this thesis is an evaluation of the planning and forecasting system in the selected company and the determination of proposals leading to its improvement.	en
