| Abstract: | Tématem mé bakalářské práce je fenomén partitokracie a teorie demokracie. první kapitola popisuje základní znaky partitokracie. Ve druhé kapitole porovnávám partitokracii s klasickou liberální demokracií a ve třetí kapitole porovnávám partitokracii s elitní teorií demokracií. Mým cílem je zjistit, jestli je partitokracie deficitem demokracie z pohledu obou teorií. Ve čtvrté a páté kapitole popisuji dva případy, ve kterých se partitokracie vyskytovala, první Československou republiku a první Italskou republiku. Na těchto případech zejména ukáži, jaké jsou příčiny a důvody vzniku partitokracie. Vybral jsem si záměrně dva odlišné případy, protože důvodů ke vzniku partitokracie může být více. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of my bachelor thesis is phenomenon of partitocracy and the theory of democracy. "The first chapter describes the basic features of partitocracy. "In the second chapter I compare partitocracy with the classical liberal democracy. "In the third chapter I compare partitocracy with elite theory of democracy. "My goal is to find out if partitocracy is deficit of democracy from the view of both theories or not. the fourth and fifth chapter describes two cases in which partitocracy occurred, "The first Czechoslovak Republic and the First Italian Republic. in these cases I show what are the causes and reasons of partitocracy. "I chose two different cases, because there can be more reasons of birth of partitocracy. |
