| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výzkumem sekuritizace a desekuritizace v energetických vztazích mezi Ruskou federací a Evropskou unií. Je soustředěna výhradně na plynovou dimenzi. Věnuje se blíže ruskému energetickému sektoru a energetické závislosti Evropy na ruských zdrojích. Pro výzkum sekuritizace je podrobeno analýze několik ruských dokumentů: koncepce zahraniční politiky, koncepce národní bezpečnosti a energetické strategie Ruské federace. V závěrečné kapitole jsou vylíčeny události dějící se na Ukrajině - oranžová revoluce a plynové krize. Závěrečná kapitola slouží k posouzení vlivu těchto událostí na vztahy mezi Ruskou federací a Evropskou unií. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with research of securitization and desecuritization in energy relationships between the Russian Federation and the European Union. It is focused exclusively on gas dimension. In this bachelor thesis I am describing a Russian gas sector and an energy dependence of Europe on Russian sources. For research of securitization and desecuritization I make an analysis of several Russian documents ? foreign policy concepts, national security concepts and energy strategies. In the fifth chapter I am describing events in Ukraine, which influenced energy relationships between Russia and the EU. |
