| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na získávání a výběr zaměstnanců v konkrétním podniku. Získávání a výběr zaměstnanců je součástí personálních procesů podniku. Tyto procesy jsou popsány první části a to teoretické. Dále se zabývá konkrétním podnikem a následnému aplikování personálních procesů v daném podniku. V závěru bakalářské práce je navržené opatření, jak by firma mohla lépe využít své zdroje pro získávání a výběr zaměstnanců. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor thesis is focused on recruiting and selecting employees in a certain organization. Recruiting and selecting employees are part of personal processes at the company. These processes are written in the first part. The first part of Bachelor thesis is called the theoretical part. Then, it deals with selected company and aplications of these processes at the organization. In the conclusion of the thesis is proposed measure how the company could better use its resources to recruiting and selecting employees. |
