| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o institutu spoluvlastnictví. V prvních kapitolách se věnuje obecně věcným právům a vlastnictví. Zbylá část práce je zaměřena na konkrétní druhy spoluvlastnictví a v závěru je jedna kapitola věnovaná předkupnímu právu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the institute of co-ownership. In the first chapters it dealed with rights in rem and ownership in general. The rest of the work is focused on specific types of co-ownership and in the end there is one chapter dealing with pre-emption rights. |
