| Abstract: | Diplomová práce "Stadia trestního řízení s přihlédnutím ke vztahu přípravného řízení a hlavního líčení", je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. První se věnuje historii. Druhá kapitola se v první části zaměřuje obecně na trestní řízení, druhá část této kapitoly se zabývá základními zásadami. Třetí kapitola se týká stadií trestního řízení a uvádí celý proces trestního řízení od samého počátku do konce. Čtvrtá kapitola je zaměřena konkrétněji na přípravné řízení a hlavní líčení. V poslední kapitole jsem se pokusila nastínit srovnání trestního řádu České republiky se zahraniční úpravou trestního řízení Slovenské republiky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis "Stages of Criminal Proceedings Taking into account the Pre-trial Relationship and Main Trial Relations" is divided into five chapters. The first deals with history. The second chapter focuses on the criminal proceedings in general, the second part of this chapter deals with the basic principles. The third chapter deals with the stages of criminal proceedings and lists the whole process of criminal proceedings from the very beginning to the end. The fourth chapter focuses more specifically on the preparatory procedure and the main trial. In the last chapter I tried to outline the comparison of the Czech Criminal Procedure Code with the foreign regulation of criminal proceedings in the Slovak Republic. |
