| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá marketingovou komunikací vybraných kaváren v České republice na sociální síti Facebook. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou marketingové komunikace na sociálních sítích. V empirické části práce je provedena analýza a komparace komunikace vybraných kaváren na sociální síti Facebook. V praktické části jsou nejprve představeny vybrané kavárny. Výzkum se dále zabývá kvantitativní a kvalitativní analýzou dat, která byla získána prostřednictvím aplikace Netvizz. Cílem této části je zhodnocení efektivnosti komunikace kaváren na sociální síti Facebook. Výsledky analýzy jsou shrnuty ve vyhodnocení výzkumu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented bachelor thesis is focused on marketing communication of selected cafés in the Czech republic on social network Facebook. The theoretical part deals with marketing communication on social networks. There are analysis and comparation of marketing communication of selected cafés on social networks Facebook in the empirical part of the thesis. In practical part are firstly the selected cafés introduces. Research is focused on quantitative and qualitative data analysis. These data were generate with Facebook application Netvizz. The aim of this part is efficiency assessment of communication of the selected cafés on social network Facebook. The results of analysis are summarized in the evaluation of the research. |
