| Abstract: | Předmětem diplomové práce jsou potřeby pacientů po orchiektomii. v teoretické části se pojednácá o etiologii a rizikových faktorech onemocnění varlat, dále zmiňuje rozdělení a klasifikaci nádorů, klinickou symptomatologiií onemocnění varlat, diagnostiku, léčbu, dispenzarizaci a farmakoterapii u pacientů po orchiektomii. Dále pak se zabývá kvalitou života pacientů a komunikací s pacienty včetně edukace. V praktické části bylo prováděno kvalitativní šetření pocitů, potřeb a názorů pacientů a komunikací s pacienty včetně edukace. Byly zpracovány a vyhodnoceny výsledky asynchronních e-mailových rozhovorů, ve kterých byly uvedené otázky směšující na období po orchiektomii, před zjištěním diagnozy, při zjištění diagnozy a po operaci. Tyto informace jsou potřebné pro možné zlepšení kvality péče o pacienty po orchiektomii. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of this thesis is the needs of pateients after orchiectomy. The theoreticaal part deals witch etiology and risk faktor testicular disease, it also mentions the classification of tumors, clinical symptomatology of testicular disease, diagnosis,treatment, follow -up and pharmacotherapy in patients after orchiectomy. Furthemore, it deals witch the qality od life of patinets, needs of patients and communication with patients including education. In the practical part a qualitative survey of the feelings, needs and opinios of patients was perfomed. Results from asynchronous e - mail interwiews were elaborated and evaluated, asking qestions about the period after orchiectomy, before diagnosis, at diagnosis and after surgery. This information is needed to improve the qality of care for orchiectomy patients. |
