| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá etiologií, diagnostikou a terapií kulhání dětí. Je členěna na část teoretickou a praktickou, přičemž teoretická část se zabývá příčinami, diagnostikou a léčbou získaných či vrozených defektů dolních končetin na základě ortopedické i fyzioterapeutické. Praktická část zahrnuje 2 kazuistická šetření vybraných pacientů. Součástí každého z nich je vyšetření a záznam průběhu terapie od první diagnostiky deformit až po jejich končené řešení. Přičemž tyto výsledky jsou diskutovány v následujících částech této práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis rewiews an etiology, a diagnostics and a therapy of a children limp. It is devived into a theoretical and a practical part, where the teoretical part displays the causes, a diagnostics and a treatment of acquired or congenital defects of the lower extremities on based on ortopedic and physiotherapy treatment. The practical part contains 2 case reports on the selected patients. Both of them contains an examination and a course of therapy from the first diagnosis to the final solution of the deformations. These solutions are discussed in following sectiones of this thesis. |
