| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá využitím respirační fyzioterapie u pacientů po kardiochirurgických výkonech. V teoretické části jsou popisovány nejčastější přístupy v kardiochirurgii. Tato práce popisuje rehabilitační postupy v akutní fázi po kardiochirurgických operacích s využitím respirační fyzioterapie. V praktické části je uvedeno využití fyzioterapeutických metod a postupů. Jsou zde zpracovány kazuistiky pacientů s podobnou anamnézou a výsledky, kterých bylo dosaženo. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor thesis deals with using of respiratory physiotherapy in cases of patients of cardiothoracic surgery and describes rehabilitation methods in an acute phaseafter the operations. The most frequent operation approaches in this medical area aredescribed in a theoretical part. The physiotherapeutic methods and ways are describedin a practical part, there are case histories of patients with similar anamnesis and results as well. |
