| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku chůze u pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou a využití ortotických pomůcek v rámci reedukace chůze. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří částí. V první části je popis onemocnění roztroušenou sklerózou zahrnující etiologii, klinickou symptomatologii, léčbu tohoto onemocnění a další. Druhá část je zaměřena na chůzi obsahující především informace o patologii chůze u pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou a možnosti vyšetření chůze. Ve třetí části je stručně popsána ortotika. Praktická část obsahuje čtyři kazuistiky pacientek, kde v každé z nich je uvedena anamnéza, vyšetření a neurologické vyšetření. K ověření nebo vyvrácení hypotéz a cílů práce byly potřeba výsledky testu Timed Up and Go, Bergovy balanční škály a záznamy z polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a ze zařízení footscan. Z výsledků vyplývá rychlejší a efektivnější chůze při využití ortotické pomůcky. Její nošení zajišťuje větší posturální stabilitu a jistotu chůze pro pacienty s roztroušenou sklerózou. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on patients' walking issue with multiple sclerosis and the use of orthotic devices within walking re-education. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part there is a description of multiple sclerosis disease including etiology, clinical symptomatology, treatment of this disease and so on. The second part is focused on walking mainly about its' pathology of patients suffering with multiple sclerosis and possibilities of walking examination. In the third part there is a briefly described orthotics. The practical part contains four case reports of patients where in each of them there is anamnesis, examination and neurological examination. Timed Up an Go test results, Berg balance scale, semi-structured interview and footscan records were needed to verify or disprove hypotheses and goals of this thesis. The results showed that using the orthotic device provides quicker and more effective walking additionally it enables greater postural stability and patients' certainty with walking. |
