| Abstract: | Tématem této práce je Péče o jmění dítěte a vyživovací povinnost k dítěti. Cílem této práce je podrobněji rozebrat výše uvedené instituty, zejména co se hmotněprávní části úpravy týče. V jednotlivých kapitolách je poskytnut nejen popis výše uvedených institutů, ale rovněž jsou podrobeny konstruktivní kritice. Tam, kde je to vhodné a účelné se uvádí i návrhy na změnu současné právní úpravy, tj. návrhy de lege ferenda. Autor vychází nejen z odborné literatury, ale rovněž, a v určitých částech práce zejména, z judikatury a samozřejmě z důvodové zprávy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this doctoral thesis is care for the child's assets and liabilities and duty to maintain and support a child. The goal of this thesis is to examine these legal institutes. The thesis contains not only a description of these institutes, but also a constructive criticism and suggestions on how to improve them. The author uses specialized literature and also specific court decisions to make his points. |
