| Abstract: | V teoretické části bakalářské práce je uvedena anatomie tlustého střeva, epidemiologie a nádorová onemocnění. Pozornost je věnována především kolorektálnímu karcinomu, stagingu CRC a metodám, kterými je možné přítomnost CRC diagnostikovat. Praktická část bakalářské práce je vytvořena kvalitativním výzkumem, který mapuje konkrétní vývoj zdravotního stavu několika pacientů. Výběrem kazuistik je předložen přínos hybridních zobrazovacích metod PET/CT a PET/MR při stagingu a sledování CRC a jeho metastáz. |
| Abstract in different language: | In the theoretical part of the thesis is mentioned the anatomy of the intestinum crassum, epidemiology and oncological diseases. I focused especially on the CRC, its staging and methods by which we can diagnose the possible presence of this oncological disease. The practical part of the thesis is created by qualitative research, which describes particular progression of health condition of several patients. By choosing the casuistics we bring up the benefit of hybrid imaging methods such as PET/CT and PET/MR for staging and monitoring CRC and its metastases. |
