Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na využití nejpoužívanějších sociálních sítí v cestovním ruchu, a to jak z pohledu zákazníka, tak cestovních kanceláří. Cílem práce je najít nejúspěšnější příspěvky na Facebooku a Instagramu tří největších cestovních kanceláří v České republice. K tomuto účelu byly využity aplikace Netvizz a Popsters. V následující části práce je rozebírán vliv těchto příspěvků na oslovené uživatele ve věku 15-29 let. |
Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the role of the most popular social media in the field of tourism, from the customer's and the travel agency's point of view. The main goal of this paper is to identify the most successful posts shared by the three biggest travel agencies in the Czech Republic on Facebook and Instagram, using applications Netvizz and Popsters, and consequently to determine and evaluate the influence of these posts on the users. For this purpose, a survey addressing users aged 15 through 29 has been used. |
