| Abstract: | Předložená práce se zabývá vlivem formálních a neformálních institucí na chování firem. Instituce jsou v práci děleny dle Williamsonovy hierarchie institucí a jsou na základě tohoto dělení pak dále zkoumány jejich vlivy firmy. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na kulturní instituce a jejich vliv na chování firem. Práce také zkoumá způsoby, jakými mohou firmy s vlivem institucí pracovat. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is focused on the influence of formal and informal institutions on corporate behavior. For the purposes of this thesis, the author has divided institutions based on Williamson's hierarchy of institutions and this division stands as a support for further analysis of their impact on corporate behavior. The practical part of this thesis is focused on the analysis of cultural institutions and their influence on corporate behavior. The thesis also analyse the actions corporations may use to react to the influence of institutions. |
