| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na ocenění vybrané zemědělské společnosti pomocí výnosové metody diskontovaných peněžních toků a majetkové metody substanční hodnotou. První část práce se zabývá teoretickými východisky týkající se ocenění podniku. V druhé části práce jsou tyto poznatky dále implementovány na vybraném zemědělském podniku. Byla provedena strategická analýza, finanční analýza a analýza a prognóza generátorů hodnoty. Dále bylo vypracováno předběžné ocenění ve třech variantách - pesimistické, střední a optimistické a finanční plán společnosti. Na základě výsledků provedených analýz byla stanovena hodnota podniku k 31. 12. 2017. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis is focused on the valuation of the selected agricultural company using the yield method of discounted cash flows and property methods by substance value. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical background concernig the valuation of the company. In the second part of this thesis, these findings are further implemented on a selected agricultural company. Strategic analysis, financial analysis and analysis and forecasting of value generators were performed. In addition, a preliminary assessment was made in three variants - the pessimistic, middle and optimistic and financial plans of the company. Based on the results of the performed analyzes, the selected company was valued at 31. 12. 2017. |
