| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku neziskového sektoru, příspěvkových organizací, konkrétně příspěvkových organizací základních územně samosprávných celků, včetně rozboru konkrétní příspěvkové organizace - Kulturního a komunitního centra Přeštice. Obsahuje historický a legislativní vývoj neziskového sektoru, jeho členění a majetkové vztahy. Při podrobném rozboru příspěvkových organizací se věnuje způsobu zřízení, náležitostem zřizovací listiny, legislativní úpravě, dělení příspěvkových organizací, subjektům organizace, problematice financování a kontrole. Poslední část je zaměřena na město Přeštice a jím zřízené příspěvkové organizace, podrobněji je věnovaná pozornost Kulturnímu a komunitnímu centru. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of non-profit sector, contributory organization specifically allowance organizations of basic territorial self-governing unit including the analysis of a specific allowance organization - Kulturní a komunitní centrum Přeštice. It contains historical and legislative development of the non-profit sector in structure and property relations. The detailed analysis of contributory organizations is devoted to the way of establishment, essentials of the founding charter, legislation, division of contributory organization, funding and control. The last part is focused on the town of city Přeštice and their contributory organizations in more detail the attention is paid to the Kulturní a komunitní centrum Přetice. |
