dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce analyzuje fungování logistiky ve výrobním závodu Rako III spadající pod firmu Lasselsberger, s.r.o. Pro vyhotovení bakalářské práce bylo využito poznatků z odborné literatury, průběžně při zpracovávání práce byly uskutečňovány pravidelné osobní konzultace s vedoucím expedice a dalšími zaměstnanci firmy, dále bylo také čerpáno z interních zdrojů podniku. Na počátku práce jsou zpracována teoretická východiska - definice logistiky, vysvětlení základních pojmů, rozebrány logistické cíle a činnosti. Další část práce se věnuje přiblížení činnosti firmy Lasselsberger, s.r.o., závodu Rako III a jejich historii. Konkretizuje informační, materiálové toky a zaopatřovací, výrobní a distribuční logistiku závodu. V poslední kapitole je popsán návrh na snížení nákladů, které se váží ke skladování.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedBachelor thesis analyzes function of logistics in manufacturing plant named Rako III which owns company Lasselsbeger, s.r.o. Bachelor thesis was made on the base of the professional literature, internal resources of the company and continuous consultation with expedition leader and with the other employees. At the beginning of the thesis are described theoretical bases - definition of logistics, explanation of basic concepts, analyzed logistic goals and activities. Next part of the thesis is devoted to the logistics activities of Rako III and its history. It specifies information and material flows, supply logistics, production logistics and distribution logistics in Rako III. The last chapter describes the proposal to reduce costs associated with the storage.en
