| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na gastronomický, konkrétně pivní cestovní ruch v Plzeňském kraji. Cílem práce je charakterizování cestovního ruchu a analýza nabídky a poptávky minipivovarů Plzeňského kraje. První část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na teoretické vymezení cestovního ruchu, marketingu, gastronomie, pivního turismu a pivovarnictví. Druhá část se zabývá výzkumem, který byl proveden pomocí metody dotazníkového šetření. Po interpretaci výsledků byla navržena stezka po minipivovarech v Plzeňském kraji jako metoda pro zvýšení atraktivity Plzeňského kraje. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor work is focused on the gastronomy tourism, specifically on the beer tourism in the Pilsen region. The aim of this thesis is to characterize tourism and analyse the supply and demand of minibreweries in the Pilsen region. First part of the thesis deals with theoretical definition of tourism, marketing, gastronomy, beer tourism and brewing. The second part of the thesis is focused on the research carried out by the qquestionnaire investigation method. After interpretation the results of the research a beer trail is proposed. This trail is used as a method for increasing attractiveness of the tourism in the Pilsen Region. |
