| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením úspěšnosti vybraného podniku, konkrétně podniku dm drogerie markt, s.r.o. První část bakalářské práce je teoretická část, která se zaměřuje především na charakteristiku úspěšného podniku, charakteristiku mikroprostředí a jeho metod hodnocení, charakteristiku makroprostředí a jeho analýzy hodnotící také úspěšnost podniku. Závěrem teoretická část definuje SWOT analýzu a z finanční analýzy ukazatele zadluženosti, rentability a likvidity. Následuje charakteristika společnosti, na kterou navazuje druhá část, praktická, která jednotlivé metody a analýzy mikroprostředí i makroprostředí skutečně vytvoří a zhodnotí. Další částí je SWOT analýza a finanční analýza. Pro podložení některých výsledků praktické části byl vytvořen dotazník, který výsledkům dodává hmatatelnost. Poslední fází bakalářské práce je zhodnocení společnosti a odpověď na otázku, zdali je společnost úspěšná. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the success in the company dm drogerie markt, s.r.o. The first part of the bachelor thesis is theoretical. The theoretical part is focused primarily on the characteristics of a successful company, characteristics of a microenvironment and its evaluation methods, characteristics of a macroenvironment and its analyses (also) evaluating the prosperity of the company. In conclusion, the theoretical part defines the SWOT analysis and from the financial analysis the index of indebtedness, profitability and liquidity. The following is the description of the company and it is followed by the second practical part, which really creates and evaluates the individual methods and analyses of microenvironment and macroenvironment. The next part is/incorporates SWOT analysis and financial analysis. To support some of the results of the practical part, a questionnaire has been created, which adds a tangibility to the results. The last phase of the bachelor thesis incorporates the evaluation of the company and the answer to the question if the company is successful. |
