dc.description.abstractCílem diplomové práce je analyzovat stávající controllingové metody ve vybrané společnosti, identifikovat změny, ke kterým došlo v průběhu fúze a navrhnout controllingové postupy pro efektivnější řízení výkonnosti. První část práce se zabývá problematikou energetického průmyslu v České republice a seznamuje čtenáře s vybranou společností. Další část řeší obsáhlou oblast controllingového řízení. Následně jsou provedeny analýzy, na jejichž základě je sestaven strategický finanční plán společnosti a z něj vyvozené klíčové indikátory výkonnosti. Závěr práce stanovuje controllingové postupy pro efektivní řízení a obecná doporučení společnosti.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the master's thesis is to analyze the current controlling methods in the selected company, identify changes that happened during the merger and propose controlling procedures for more effective performance management. The first part of the thesis deals with issues of the energy industry in the Czech Republic and describes the selected company to readers. The next part deals with comprehensive domain of controlling management. Subsequently, analyzes are performed, on the basis of which the strategic financial plan of the company is assembled and from it are concluded the key performance indicators. The conclusion of the master's thesis determines controlling procedures for effective management and objective recommendations of the company.en
