| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku udržitelnosti penzijních systémů, a to na příkladu tří států - Česka, Dánska a Portugalska. První část práce vymezuje teoretická východiska, mezi nimi udržitelnost, sociální stát a penzijní systémy. V druhé části práce nejdříve dochází k analýze penzijních systémů vybraných zemí. Následuje komparace penzijních systémů ve vybraných zemích a jejich zhodnocení na základě požadavků udržitelnosti. Je zde využito ukazatele S2 pro fiskální udržitelnost a implicitního penzijního dluhu pro finanční udržitelnost. Sociální udržitelnost je zhodnocena na základě ukazatelů sociálních podmínek. Poslední část práce zhodnocuje vybrané penzijní systémy a předkládá doporučení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The master´s thesis is focused on the issue of the sustainability of pension systems. This issue applies to the example of three countries - Czechia, Denmark and Portugal. The first part of the thesis defines the theoretical basis, including sustainability, the welfare state and pension systems. The second part of the thesis firstly analyzes the pension systems of selected countries. The following is a comparison of pension systems in selected countries and their evaluation based on sustainability requirements. Indicator S2 for fiscal sustainability and implicit pension debt for financial sustainability is used in this thesis. Social sustainability is assessed on the basis of indicators of social conditions. The last part of the work evaluates selected pension systems and presents recommendations. |
