| Abstract: | Práce byla zaměřena na trestné činy z oblasti majetkové a hospodářské, přičemž účelně a vhodně využívala základních institutů trestního práva, kterými byly vybrané trestné činy, na území zvolených okresů Plzeňského kraje, rozborovány. Tyto vybrané trestné činy byly také analyzovány pomocí vhodných statistických metod s cílem ověřit stanovené výzkumné otázky. V rámci úvah de lege ferenda v oblasti DPH byly autorem navrženy instrumenty, které by mohly rozšířit a zlepšit stav v oblasti odvodu DPH a kontroly DPH. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis was focused on property and economic crimes, while effectively and appropriately used the basic institutes of criminal law, by which selected crimes in the selected districts of the Pilsen region, were analyzed. These selected crimes were also analyzed using appropriate statistical methods in order to verify the established research questions. As part of the de lege ferenda considerations in the field of VAT, the author propose instruments that could expand and improve the situation in the field of VAT payment and VAT control. |
