| Abstract: | Diplomová práce popisuje problematiku komunálních voleb. Jedním z cílů je přiblížit fungování voleb a zachytit informace o jejich procesu. Práce je rozdělena na 16 kapitol, které jsou obsahově rozděleny na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje historickou a současnou právní úpravu a také zakotvení komunálních voleb v právním řádu České republiky. Praktická část je věnována komunálním volbám ve městě Pohořelice. Hlavním meritem této práce je porovnání volební účasti při volbách do zastupitelstev obcí, konkrétně tedy v městě Pohořelice a následně napříč Jihomoravským krajem a Českou republikou. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis describes the issue of municipal elections. One of the targets is describe the elections into operation and to capture information about their process. The thesis is divided into 16 chapters, which are divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the historical and current legal regulations and also the anchoring of municipal elections in the Czech legal order. The practical part is devoted to municipal elections in Pohořelice. The main merite of this work is to compare the involvement in the elections at the municipal council elections, namely in the town of Pohořelice and subsequently across the South Moravian Region and the Czech Republic. |
