| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sledování vnitřních systému lidského těla během vybrané masážní techniky. V teoretické části je popsána historie masáží, některé druhy masáží, které se používají. Dále jsou zde popsány indikace a kontraindikace masáží a jejich účinky. V praktické části pracuji s dvaceti probandy. Každému z nich byla jednou provedena klasická masáž zad a pomocí měření krevního tlaku a tepové frekvence před a po masáži bylo zjištěno, jak byly jejich vnitřní systémy masáží ovlivněny. K hodnocení bylo použito i fotografování zad před a po masáži. Výsledky jsou vyhodnoceny a zpracovány do tabulek a grafů. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on monitoring of internal systems of human body during selected massage technique. The theoretical part describes the history of massages, some types of massages that are used. Furthermore, there are described indications and contraindications of massages and their effects. In the practical part I handle with twenty probands. Each of them was given a classic back massage once and measurement of their blood pressure and pulse before and after the massage have showed how their internal systems were affected by massage. Photography were also used for evaluate of back before and after massage. The results are evaluated and processed into tables and graphs. |
