| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá konceptem dynamické neuromuskulární stabilizace (dále jen "DNS") v souvislosti posilování ve fitness. Cílem práce je vytvořit reálné představy o funkční stabilizační kapacitě v silovém tréninku a určit její korelaci s DNS testy. Práce si dále klade za cíl poukázat na vliv, který může cvičení ve fitness mít na trupovou stabilizaci. Pro zjištění těchto údajů byly využity vybrané testy DNS a test maximální síly pomocí benchpressu. Výsledky mohou poukázat na to, do jaké míry je možné netrénovaného jedince za pomoci odporu zatížit, aby nedošlo k překročení fyziologického prahu zátěže. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (hereinafter "DNS") concept in context with fitness workout. The aim of the study is to create real ideas about functional stabilizational capacity in strengh training and determine its correlation with DNS tests. Thesis further aims to point out of impact the fitness workout may have on torso stabilization. Results from selected DNS tests together with the "Test of maximal strength in assistance of bench press" were used to ascertain the data of the thesis. Results may point out how much to load an athlete without exceeding a physiological limit of the load. |
