| Abstract: | Práce pojednává o vytvoření automatické montážní linky pro kompozitní pružiny, které jsou používání v užitkových dodávkách Mercedes Benz Sprinter. V rešerši je popsané současné řešení, dále jsou nastíněny 3 návrhy, zhotovena ekonomická analýza a vybrané výsledné řešení. V konstrukční části je vytvořen manipulátor, který přemisťuje pružiny mezi jednotlivými pracovišti, včetně pevnostních a kapacitních výpočtů. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis refers about designing a new montage line for composite leaf springs which are used in the Mercedes Benz Sprinter vans. The current line is described in the first part of the thesis. Three different designs are made, evaluated and the best one is picked in the second part. In order to move springs between the stations a manipulator is designed, calculated and described in the last part. |
