| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku aktuální právní úpravy zaměstnaneckého díla v Tuzemské právní úpravě. V první kapitole popisuji vývoj právní úpravy. Následující kapitoly se věnují základním pojmům autorského práva a konečně hlavnímu tématu zaměstnanecké dílo. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis if focused on the issue of the valid legislation of employee's work in the domestic legislation.The thesis describes first historical development of the area of copyright. The following chapter introduces the central concepts of the examined topic, and the koncept of copyright together with central principles of its protection. The rest of work is devoted to the issue of employee work. |
