| Abstract: | Předmětem práce je představení Celní správy České republiky nejen celek, ale v práci se zaměřuji i na jednotlivá oddělení, které nejsou tak známé veřejnosti. V první části práce je popsána historie Celní správy ve zkratce. Ve střední části se věnuji některým oddělením. Největší část práce se snaží čtenáři představit a přiblížit celní řízení. Představil jsem clo jako nástroj a jeho užitečnost. Celní řízení jsem vysvětlil krok po kroku, aby to bylo srozumitelné a pochopitelné i tomu, kdo v touto problematikou nepřišel nikdy do styku. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor thesis presents the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic not only as complex, but also it is focused on individual departments that they are not so well known to the public. The first part describes the history of the Customs Administration in brief. In the middle part I have devoted to some departments. The greatest part of the thesis is trying to introduce to the reader the Customs Administration. I have introduced this one as a tool and its usefulness. I have explained the customs procedure step by step to make it understandable to anyone who has never came in contact with this issue. |
