| Abstract: | Téma bakalářské práce je "Vznik a zánik obce". První část práce je věnována vymezení pojmu obec, kde jsou zmíněny znaky, funkce, majetek a symboly obce. V této části práce je také zmíněno členění obcí podle počtu obyvatel, členění obcí podle činnosti obecního úřadu a orgány obce. Dále je práce věnována vzniku a zániku obce. Závěr práce obsahuje historický vznik města Domažlice a zánik čtyř obcí na Domažlicku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theme of the bachelor's thesis is "Emergence and extinction of the village". The first part of the thesis defines the concept of municipality, where the characters, functions, property and symbols of the municipality are mentioned. This part of the work also mentions division of the municipalities by population, activity of the municipal office and the municipal authorities. This thesis is also devoted to the establishment and disappearance of the municipality. The conclusion of the work includes the historical creation of the town Domažlice and the demise of four municipalities on Domažlicko. |
