| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje vývoji právní úpravy pojišťovnictví na našem území po roce 1992 do současnosti. V práci jsou definovány zásadní pojmy jako je například pojištění, pojišťovnictví či jednotliví účastníci pojistného vztahu. Práce se dále zabývá vznikem a zánikem pojištění a jednotlivými druhy pojištění. Představeny jsou také subjekty, které v oblasti pojištění působí, včetně dohledu nad pojišťovnictvím, který v současné době vykonává Česká národní banka. Stěžejní částí práce je pak samotné mapování vývoje právní úpravy pojišťovnictví. Nejprve je v práci nastíněn všeobecný vývoj právní úpravy týkající se pojištění a následně je tento vývoj představen na třech předem stanovených formách pojištění do detailu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the development of insurance legislation in our territory after 1992 to the present. Dissertation defines the basic concepts such as insurance, insurance or individual participants in the insurance relationship. The thesis also deals with the origin and termination of insurance and various types of insurance. Entities operating in the field of insurance are also presented, including the supervision of the insurance industry, which is currently performed by the Czech National Bank. The main part of the thesis is the mapping of the development of insurance legislation. First, dissertation outlines the general development of insurance legislation and then this development is presented in three predetermined forms of insurance in detail. |
