| Abstract: | Začátek práce se věnuje konkrétnímu zařazení institutu opatření obecné povahy mezi formy správní činnosti veřejné správy. Dále je vymezen jeho samotný pojem a právní zakotvení. Součástí této práce je také proces příjmímání opatření obecné povahy a jeho následný přezkum dle správního řádu a soudního řádu správního. Závěr práce je zacílen na ukázku upotřebení tohoto institutu v rámci různých zákonů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The beginning of the thesis is devoted to the specific classification of the institute of measures of a general nature among the forms of administrative activity of public administration. Furthermore, it´s very concept and legal basis is defined. Part of this thesis is also the process of adopting measures of a general nature and it´s subsequent review according to the Administrative Code and the Code of Administrative Procedure. The conclusion of the thesis is aimed at demonstrating the use of this institute in various laws. |
