| Abstract: | Tématem této diplomové práce jsou "Vybrané otázky zákona o platebním styku v souvztažnosti se směrnicí PSD2". Hlavním cílem této práce je představit vybrané novinky ze zákona o platebním styku, které byly implementovány do našeho právního řádu ze směrnice PSD2, zejména s ohledem na novinky, které souvisí s FinTech sektorem. Tato diplomová práce se rovněž zaměřuje na využitelnost nových služeb mezi uživateli, FinTech společnostmi a dalšími. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of this diploma thesis is "Selected issues of the Act on Payments in relation with PSD2". The primary goal of this thesis is to introduce selected new regulations from the Act on Payments implemented from the PSD2 with the focus to the regulations, which is in connection with FinTech sector. This thesis is also focused on the usability of new services among users, FinTech companies and others. |
