| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití metody Assessment centrum coby typ výběrového řízení pro výběr vhodného kandidáta. V první části je na základě relevantní literatury zhodnocen význam, uplatňované přístupy a pravidla pro využívání této metody s důrazem na užití v personálním managementu. Druhá, praktická část hodnotí a analyzuje současné provádění metody Assessment centrum v konkrétní společnosti a přináší jednotlivá opatření, která by měla vést ke zvýšení efektivnosti využívání této metody. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the use of the Assessment Center method as a type of selection procedure for the selection of a suitable candidate. In the first part, based on the relevant literature, the importance, applied approaches and rules for the use of this method are evaluated with emphasis on the use in personnel management. The second, practical part evaluates and analyzes the current implementation of the Assessment center method in a particular company and brings individual measures that should lead to increased efficiency in the use of this method. |
